Washington, D.C. – Chairman Jodey Arrington issued a statement after voting in favor of a Congressional Review Act (CRA) to overturn the Biden administration’s Title IX rule. The rule would permit biological men to participate in women’s sports and grant them access to women’s locker rooms.

"Biden and the Democrats have surrendered Title IX to the far left and hollowed out the law’s original intent to protect women," said Arrington. "Too many female athletes have already had their big moment stolen by biological men competing against women. This is not just wrong, it’s crazy!"
