Washington, D.C. – House Budget Chairman Jodey Arrington has expressed strong criticism of a recent study released by the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE). The study focuses on the environmental impact of U.S. liquefied natural gas (LNG) exports and has been described by Arrington as politically motivated.

"Biden's DOE released a blatantly biased study on the environmental impact of U.S. LNG exports - a resource that produces significantly fewer carbon emissions than other types of energy sources," said Chairman Arrington. "This purely political move is an effort to restrict future exports of American energy and roadblock President Trump's pro-growth agenda."

The statement comes ahead of President-elect Trump's return to office in January, highlighting potential conflicts over energy policy direction.
