The City of Lubbock Communications and Public Engagement Department has produced several new videos as part of our ongoing "Lubbock History Makers" series.
Mr. Cosby Morton, a local educator, kicks off Black History Month by remembering E.C. "Prof" Struggs, the visionary principal of Dunbar High School. Check this space every Thursday in February for a new video.
On February 15th, we will premiere the round table discussion on the relevance of Black History Month with several knowledgeable community members.
