City of Ralls issued the following announcement on Dec. 3.
The City of Ralls is initializing a text alert system. This system consists of text alerts to the citizens for Disconnection Notices and all other General Notifications. Be advised that the Second/Disconnection notices will no longer be mailed once the conversion is completed. Please call the city office at 806-253-2558 to update your cell phone number to recieve text message alerts.
