City of O'Donnell issued the following announcement on July 21.
The 10 grace period for late payments for Water/Sewer/Garbage bills ends on July 27, 2020 at 5:00 p.m. payment must be made by the end of the grace period to prevent disconnection of service. Please contact City Hall at (806)428-3239 if you cannot meet this deadline to discuss payment arrangements. Once disconnected a $25.00 reconnection fee is required to turn service back on.
