City of Crosbyton issued the following announcement on March 18
South Plains Association of Governments (SPAG) will hold a public hearing to receive input from non-entitlement communities on TxCDBG Project Priorities for the SPAG Region on Wednesday, April 1, 2020, from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM. The public hearing will be held in the Board Room of the South Plains Association of Governments, 1323 58th Street, Lubbock, TX 79412.
Through this process, SPAG will receive public comment for the purpose of establishing project priorities for the 2021-2022 TxCDBG’s Community Development Fund planning cycle for the SPAG Region. An opportunity for public comment is allowed and encouraged. No action will be taken at this public meeting. Comments will be compiled and presented to the SPAG Board of Directors at the April 14, 2020, meeting prior to submitting to the Texas Department of Agriculture by May 31, 2020.
