City of Lubbock issued the following announcement on Feb 26.
After an extensive search which saw 47 applicants from all across the nation, LAS is proud to name Megan Schroll as our Assistant Director. Megan, a native of Lake Jackson, Texas, will begin her new duties today.
Megan, a graduate of Stephen F. Austin University, had previously been the Event and Volunteer Coordinator with the SPCA of Brazoria County.
Bringing a serious passion for animal welfare and an enthusiastic "can do" attitude, Megan is ready to hit the ground running!!
Let's all greet Megan with a big west Texas howdy and make her feel at home! Welcome to the LAS family!!
