City of Idalou issued the following announcement on Dec. 11.
Santa Claus and the Grinch will be driving around Idalou via the Fire Department from 5:30p-7:00p on Saturday, December 12, 2020!
We invite you to wave to Santa and the Grinch from the comfort of your private yard or driveway. Idalou VFD will start on Pecan Street and drive throughout Idalou with their lights and sirens. Due to Covid-19 Santa and the Grinch will not make any stops and or take pictures; Santa will stay on the Firetruck to wish everyone a Merry Christmas!
