CITY OF O'DONNELL: Holy Smokes Had To Close

Closedone

City of O'Donnell issued the following announcement on Sept. 21.

The owners of Holy Smokes had to close because they could not generate enough business in O’Donnell to remain open.

This is the 3rd attempt in the last several years to open a food establishment at this location without long term success.

O’Donnell businesses need your support and one way to do that is by shopping local.  We’ve got food establishments, insurance, gas stations, convenience store, farm supplies, cotton gins,  and now a beef supplier.  Not mention those local residents who sell crafts, jewelry, candles, etc....

We would like some feedback from O’Donnell residents.  Please share your ideas and thoughts on how to keep business in O’Donnell and generate new business.  For instance, what could Holy Smokes have done differently to keep your business so they would have been able to stay open?
