Frenship Independent School District issued the following announcement on July 20.
Attention Parents! Due to COVID-19 and to make it easier for parents, we have changed our student registration process.
1. The online verification in Skyward will open on July 24. Parents will complete this step as normal.
2. To complete the registration process, parents must turn in required documents. This year we’ve waived some of the requirements and are allowing parents to upload documents directly into Skyward. This means you can finish the registration process completely online. If you’d prefer to drop off the documents in-person, that’s still an option too! (Dates are in the link below)
3. Returning Students – After the online verification process is complete, you are DONE with the registration process and will not have to turn in any documents unless an updated immunization record is needed. (The campus will notify the parent/guardian if that’s needed. It can be turned in within 30 days after the first day of school)
By completing the registration process online, you are NOT enrolling your student in Virtual Learning. More information on how to opt for Virtual Learning will be released next week on July 24.
