City of Crosbyton issued the following announcement on Jan. 29.
A General election is hereby ordered to be held on Saturday, May 2, 2020, for the purpose of electing a Mayor and Aldermen, Ward 1, Ward 2, and Ward 3 for a two-year term each.
Feb. 14 Last day to file for a place on the ballot for the General Election, 5:00 p.m.
Feb. 18 Last day for a write-in candidate, General Election, to declare candidacy, 5:00 p.m.

Early voting by personal appearance will be conducted each weekday at the office of the City Secretary, City Hall, 221 West Main, Crosbyton, Texas, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. (7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. on April 27 and April 28) beginning on April 20, 2020 and ending on April 28, 2020.
