Washington, D.C. – Chairman Jodey Arrington (R, TX-19) issued a statement following the Biden administration's announcement of a plea deal for the masterminds of the September 11th attacks.

“It is unconscionable that the Biden administration would allow the Defense Department to plea for anything less than the execution of the terrorists accused of carrying out the killing of almost 3,000 innocent Americans in the most horrific terrorist attacks against the American homeland in our nation's history,” said Chairman Arrington. “Anything short of death to these terrorist murderers is a miscarriage of justice!”
