Ralls Independent School District issued the following announcement on Dec. 26.
The Jackrabbit Family of Ralls ISD is deeply saddened by the passing of Mr. James Caddell. Mr. Caddell served our district as a member of the Ralls ISD Board of Trustees for over twenty years. His dedication and support for the students and staff will not be forgotten. He was a great asset to our school and to our community and will be dearly missed. Our deepest condolences to Tretha Caddell and family. Please keep them in your thoughts and prayers.
Services will be Monday, December 28 at 10:00 am at the First Baptist Church in Ralls.
