Rep. Jodey Arrington, U.S. Congressman representing Texas’ 19th district since 2017, recently highlighted significant events and legislative achievements on his social media accounts.

On February 4, 2026, Arrington paid tribute to a local World War II veteran from Big Spring: “Today, I was honored to recognize West Texas hero and WWII veteran J.L. Stevens of Big Spring, who just celebrated his 100th birthday. Arrington has consistently maintained strong electoral support in his district since taking office after replacing Randy Neugebauer in Congress in 2017. In recent elections—including contests against Nathan Lewis in both 2022 and 2024—he secured more than eighty percent of the vote each time.
