Regular gas prices averaged $2.09 per gallon in Lubbock County.
Among 144 gas stations in cities within Lubbock County, 82 offered regular gas.
For comparison, the average price of regular gas in Texas was $2.33 per gallon for the week ending Jan. 3, down from the previous week.
